Curly hair.Blow dry straightt only 1x a week.Is this still 2much heat?Am i still causing 2much damag/breakage?
Hair is super curly, dry and brittle. I’m going to try to condition more and perhaps add hot oil treatments to my regimen. So if I cut back blowdrying and sometimes flat ironing to just once a week, is that still too much heat damage? Any other suggestions or hair care tips or favorite products?
