My hair is super long with no split ends, HOWEVER its dry and really frizzy and poofy. What hair care lines do you suggest?

# wash it once or twice a week
# Use moisturizing shampoos and conditioners every time you wash your hair. Avoid pulling or twisting your hair when washing or drying it.

mix castor oil + olive oil
and apply it for four hours once a week
# If it frizzes during day, just buy an anti frizz, they come in small containers and you can buy them at the drugstore, next to the hair conditioners. Rub and leave into dry hair as needed.
